Some features may require an account. Some generation workflows may consume credits or require an active plan. Credits, quotas, trial allowances, rate limits, and plan benefits are shown in the product interface or checkout flow and may be adjusted as the Service evolves.

The product interface shows the available trial, its expiry rules, and any output restrictions for the current service.

4. User Content and Uploads

You are responsible for prompts, images, videos, files, and other materials you submit. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any uploaded or submitted content. Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential business materials, illegal content, or content you are not authorized to use.

8. Service Availability

9. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans, credit purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing page, checkout terms, refund policy, and any terms shown at purchase. Taxes, fees, and provider costs may affect final pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to generated outputs, provider failures, data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized use.
